Foremost employees will earn Holiday pay once you have worked 1040 hours of continuous employment. You are eligible to receive pay for 6 holidays per year. These holidays are:- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
In order for you to qualify for holiday pay, you must be at your current assignment and work the day before and the day after the holiday, unless the client that you are assigned to is closed. There are no exceptions to this rule. Each holiday will be paid at eight hours of your regular and current hourly rate. |

Vacation |
| After 2080 hours of continuous employment, you are eligible to receive five paid vacation days. Vacation pay is paid at the average pay rate during the 2080 qualifying hours. Vacation pay must be requested from your staffing coordinator and will be paid in one lump sum. |

Jury Duty |
| Eight hours of paid jury duty will be paid once 2080 hours of continuous employment have been completed and with proof of completion of service. |

Referral Bonus |
| A $35 referral bonus will be paid to current employees after the person referred has worked 80 hours during a 30 day period and they have put your name and contact information on their application under “How did you hear about Foremost Staffing?”. |

| Available after 1 year of service. |

Employee paid health benefits are available as a new hire. Open enrollment will occur annually if you choose not to enroll upon hire. |
