Opening Foremost Staffing was the culmination of over 13 years of staffing industry experience with an emphasis on customer service, call centers, collections and light industrial. Vicki obtained her Liberal Arts degree from McNeese State University and began working in the insurance industry. Her experiences ranged from sales, customer service and more than 10 years as office manager. Vicki got her first position in staffing working in sales for a small staffing firm specializing in credit/collections and call centers. When Vicki and David moved West, Vicki took over a small branch office for North American Contract Employee Services (NACES). With just a small staff and small office, Vicki moved the branch to Fort Worth from Granbury to seek potential growth. Her hard work and dedication paid off and the branch grew in both sales and employees. In 2007, Vicki decided it was time to use her experience and start her own company, Foremost Staffing. Vicki received her Certified Staffing Professional designation in 2007 reflecting her commitment to continuing her education in the staffing industry. | | | | David Jordan | Email: DJordan@ForemostStaffing.com | | | David Jordan has been a member of Foremost Staffing from its inception. Serving as the Corporate Technology Officer, David serves multiple roles with the organization. Whether it's computers, software, security, Internet, or anything technical, David is involved. With a Computer Engineering Degree from Mississippi State University in 1987, David has worked in the engineering industry for over 20 years. David began his career at Texas Instruments working real time embedded software for various military projects such as the M1A2 tank, Tow Missiles, and various fire control projects. He left Texas Instruments during the telecom boom and went to work for Alcatel for many years working as an embedded software engineer. After this, David and Vicki decided it was time to get the kids into a smaller school system and moved West. In addition, David went to work for Motorola working as a software engineer on various projects. His highlight position was serving as technical consultant to the first Bluetooth showcase of products during Bluetooth's early days. When Motorola decided it was time to move David to Chicago, David instead decided it was time to join Lockheed Martin instead. David has worked as Senior Staff Software Engineer for both the F16 and F35 programs. | | | | Rosie Suarez | Email: RSuarez@ForemostStaffing.com | | | Rosie Suarez is the newest member of Foremost Staffing and is our Bilingual Account Coordinator. Rosie worked as a contract employee in the administrative field before NACES gave her the opportunity to find her true calling. Rosie started at NACES in 2003 as our Front Desk Coordinator. It was during this time that she became very interested in the Staffing industry, and decided to turn this opportunity in to a career. Rosie was soon promoted to Onsite Recruiter where her Bilingual skills were put to good use. With her previous experience as a contract employee, Rosie made it a priority to meet the needs of both clients and contract employees in a timely manner. It was very important to her that she gain the respect and trust of her clients and employees. After a brief departure, Rosie returns to work again with the team. Rosie was very inspired with how Vicki took this company under her wing and turned it into her own. Rosie is very grateful to work for a company that is Woman owned, and truly values the opinions of its employees. Now with 4 years of staffing experience, Rosie is ready to fill any of your staffing needs. She dedicates herself to learn more about the positions she needs to fill in order to find the best qualified candidate for her clients. Rosie specializes in Light Industrial and Administrative positions. She is ready to overcome any challenge you might have, whether you might need help finding a great job, or finding that stellar candidate for your company. | | | | Heather Dearborn | Email: HDearborn@ForemostStaffing.com | | | Heather Dearborn has been a member of Foremost Staffing from its inception. Heather has worked in an office environment for over 15 years. She has worked on both sides of the staffing industry as a contract employee and as an administrative professional in a staffing office since 1997. Heather worked on several long term administrative assignments for two large staffing agencies and then was hired by Vicki at North American Contract Employee Services in April 2000. When hired, she worked as a part-time receptionist while her youngest child was in school. She went permanent that summer and never looked back. Heather moved from a front desk receptionist to payroll coordinator while with North American. With Foremost Staffing, Heather is involved with all aspects of office management along with payroll responsibilities. | | | | |
