How it Works
Each month we contact all of our client's supervisors and ask them to submit a "Foremost Staffing" employee that they believe deserves the "Employee of the Month". Characteristics of that person include:
Quality Work Being Performed
Going Above and Beyond
Good Attendance
Works Well With Others
Once we receive the list, we review the list and then put all the names in a hat and draw a name.
